Your profile

A Passion for Data: Youʼre driven by a curiosity for solving problems with data, whether through personal projects or a desire to dive deep into technical challenges.
Technical Foundation: A degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or data science or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus, but a self-driven interest in coding is enough to start.
Consultancy Mindset: Youʼre eager to learn how to translate business needs into reliable, scalable data systems and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Growth-Oriented Attitude: Youʼre curious, resilient, and ready to tackle the complexities of data engineering, from building robust pipelines to navigating client dynamics.
Language and Location: Fluency in Dutch, strong English skills, and residence in the Netherlands (ideally in the Randstad region for easy access to our Amsterdam office).
